Ilha Anchieta
Duração: 4 a 6 hrs dependendo da organização do grupo e das condições climáticas do dia.
A Ilha Anchieta foi uma antiga prisão utilizada na primeira metade do século XX. Nas trilhas existentes poderemos observar a fauna e a flora da costa da ilha.
O tour inclui: um passeio de barco a partir do continente, visita guiada as ruínas do presídio, banho de mar , trilha pela mata Atlântica e um lanche leve (fruta e suco).
Comunidade Quilombola
Duração: o dia todo
O Quilombo consiste numa visita a uma antiga fazenda em que os escravos trabalhavam. Hoje existem várias famílias descentes dos escravos que vivem e preservam suas tradições. Usam um moinho de água original para a produção de farinha de mandioca e fazem artesanato tradicional.
Há também duas trilhas, uma pelo projeto da agroflorestal e outra as margens do rio cristalino com a possibilidade de um mergulho refrescante. Depois da caminhada pode-se aproveitar um almoço de culinária tradicional no ambiente da Casa da farinha.

Comunidade Indígena Guarani
Duração: 4 horas
A visita à aldeia indígena consiste em conhecer o local onde vivem no seu dia-a-dia. Poderá participar de uma oficina de pintura corporal, visitar a casa de oração, e assistir a apresentação de danças e do coral típicos. Depois de terminada as apresentações pode-se participar de um lanche compartilhado com as crianças da aldeia.
O tour incluí a entrada, visita guiada pela aldeia e o pequeno lanche compartilhado.
Comunidade Caiçara do saco Mamanguá
Duração: o dia todo
A visita a uma vila de pescadores, conhecer os métodos de pesca bem como as mudanças em tais métodos devido a necessidade de proteção ambiental na região. Com um caiaque pode-se ver de perto os manguezais. Também irá desfrutar de um almoço tradicional, e também poderá participar de uma oficina de pintura de barcos, podendo levar o que pintou como recordação da sua visita.
O tour inclui: viagem de barco de Paraty Mirim, caminhada guiada através da floresta e do mangue, almoço e artesanato caiçara com oficina tradicional.
Trilha pela Mata Atlântica
Duração: 3 horas a 4 horas
Trilha através da exuberante mat Atlântica com um biólogo que explicará a fauna e a flora locais.

Tour a pé por Paraty
Duração: 4 horas
Visita ao Forte Defensor Pérpetuo e caminhada pelo centro histórico de Paraty com observação da arquitetura da época.

Duração: 4 horas
Caminhe pela trilha onde o ouro foi transportado de Minas Gerais para o Rio de Janeiro via Paraty. A estrada construída por escravos era um feito de engenharia do século XVIII. Depois, se quiser você pode ter um refrescante mergulho na cachoeira

Anchieta Island

Quilombo da Casa de Farinha
Duration: Full Day
Visit a Quilombo, a former farm from where the slaves worked. Nowadays several families live on the property and preserve their traditions such as making cassava flour using the original water mill and making traditional crafts.
There are two trails, one which crosses the forest preservation area and the other which leads to the river where you can take a refreshing dip in the crystalline waters. After the walk you can enjoy a traditional home made lunch in the atmospheric” casa de farinha”

Indigenous Guarani Community Visit

Visit an indigenous community village where you will learn about their daily life and customs. See the prayer house and traditional dancing and singing You can participate in body painting if you wish and afterwards share a snack and mingle with the village children

Caiçara Mamanguá Bay Community Visit
Duration: Full day
Visit a local fishing village to see how the methods of fishing have changed over time due to the need for environmental protection Paddle a kayak through or take a walk to observe the mangroves. Enjoy a traditional lunch then you will have an opportunity to paint your own model canoe to take home as a souvenir
